2026 City of Visalia Parks and Recreation Needs Assessment Survey
Help us shape the future of Visalia Parks! The City of Visalia is currently developing a comprehensive Parks and Recreation Master Plan to guide the improvement of our parks, recreation programs, and facilities over the next ten years. As part of this process, we are seeking valuable input from community members.
We have prepared a comprehensive survey to better understand community preferences, needs, and priorities for parks and recreation programs. Your participation will help inform the development of a plan that reflects the interests and expectations of our community. We have partnered with ETC Institute, an independent consulting company to administer the survey. Your responses will remain confidential and are treated anonymously.
We expect this survey to take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete; however, each question is important. The time you invest in compl eting this survey will help us take a resident driven approach to making decisions about the future of our City's parks and recreation system.
